1. Shipping Policy
iL Sigaro ships to locations within the United States where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows. However, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of iL Sigaro.
Adult Signature Required
All shipments containing cigars or tobacco products require the signature of an adult who is 21 years of age or older. Packages will not be left unattended. If a delivery cannot be completed because no qualified adult is available to sign, the package may be returned and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.
Customer Responsibility & Legal Compliance
By placing an order for cigars or tobacco products, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess the products at the shipping destination
- The shipping address is not located in a jurisdiction where the sale or direct shipment of the ordered products is prohibited
- You are purchasing the products for personal use and not for unlawful resale
iL Sigaro reserves the right to review, hold, modify, decline, or cancel any order to comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, age-verification rules, or company policy. If an order is cancelled because the destination or product is legally restricted, the customer will receive a refund for the merchandise. Shipping charges, return fees, or other costs resulting from an inaccurate address, failed age verification, or refused delivery may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship tobacco products to locations where such shipments are prohibited by law. Orders to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may be subject to restrictions or additional charges and may not qualify for certain shipping promotions.
Free Shipping
Orders of $200.00 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) may qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States on eligible items. Free shipping offers do not apply to oversized items, certain restricted products, or destinations outside the contiguous United States. Threshold and eligibility are subject to change.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship in more than one package due to stock availability or pre-order status. If part of an order qualifies for a free or expedited shipping promotion, only the in-stock portion may receive that service.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In most cases we will request photographs of the damage or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of premium cigars and tobacco products, most cigars and tobacco items are not eligible for return once they have been shipped, except in cases of damage or shipping error caused by us. Eligibility for any return is determined at the sole discretion of iL Sigaro. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Certain accessories and non-tobacco merchandise may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and the return is requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns of eligible items must be pre-approved.
Return Process (Eligible Items Only)

- If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method if the item is in original, undamaged, and resalable condition.
Items returned without prior authorization, or returned in damaged, used, or altered condition, may receive a partial refund or no refund at our discretion.
Important Notes
- All returns must be pre-approved and initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
- All refund decisions are final after inspection.
